SLEEP HUNGER

Sleep is a natural thing everyone should have normally, but sometimes find it difficult to grab a sleep or see it to be difficult which are taken by thought, worries, situation or even circumstances. Well doctors have proven a fact that a normal man should sleep at least maximum of eight hours per day ..."is this realistic". When we suddenly remember we have a future to face and a career to pursue.It becomes down on us as a student studying medicine, a working class lady, a business man...who wants to always meet a target.... hmmmm will this philosophy really work in this context...that why I miss when I was a baby because the only thing we do is to sleep and eat. As an adult how then do we now balance this equation which has become a mathematical problem unsolved... just like the saying "LAGOS DOES NOT SLEEP" because people are always on the street at all time looking for what to eat. The fact still remains that no matter how hardworking you are we all need to enjoy sleep benefits which is physical rest. So let put all out our worries even when they look weighed beyond capacity... sometimes we need to sleep to command more results.
